Our story is quite simple. A love of sport, physical activity and the joy of getting stronger and better every day is what started Athletic Surge. A keen interest in rugby took us into coaching local teams and this soon expanded into football, hockey, swimming and golf and is something that remains at the heart of the culture here at Athletic Surge.


Our work is not only sports-focused however. Currently we work with athletes, weekend warriors and those keen to keep fit and healthy. Ladies, gents, teams, individuals and people from anywhere on the age spectrum, we want to help you.

We’re not just coaches, we don’t solely work out, we won’t limit ourselves to train, eat, sleep, repeat. We’re a community, and a community that is keen to expand.  So drop us a line, or follow on social media.
